Some leader’s T-Shirt size is “S” and some is “XXL.” And then when font size is added, there’s a whole lot of variance among leaders!

Hi Marshall. I love your short, easy-to-read emails - very impactful! As recent as this week, I started to develop my life's mission statement - here is where I landed to so far: To hear "Well done, thou good and faithful servant!" To act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with my God.

Marshall, I always look forward to reading your blogs. As you know, my executive coaching is just a portion of my HR practice. Even though not a mission statement, my approach is (learned from you), practical, useable, noticeable, simple and focused. Common sense and stakeholder feed forward is key.
